TransMAX is a peptide-based solution to enhance uptake of adenovirus and increase transgene expression. New TransMAX enhances adenovirus transduction by specifically bridging the adenovirus surface to the cell membrane. Previously hard-to-transduce and even refractory cell types are now accessible to adenovirus transduction.
