Microscopic analysis of the P-gp knock down cell line CaCo2-sh/P-gp in passage 1 and 20 shows similarity of the cell morphology compared to of the parental cells.

Figure 2:
The P-gp expression rate as measured by qRT-PCR is shown to be stable at 14% in Co2-sh/P-gp cells over 20 passages compared to the parental cells.
