Application Example

Long-term gene expression of a luciferase reporter gene in heart using a tissue-specific MLC promoter. After  i.v. injection of 1011 genomic particles of AAV.9-CMV-MLC1.5-Luc in vivo imaging with IVIS imaging system reveals heart-specific gene expression after 9 months
