• Transduction of Your Cells with an adenoviral expression vector for Your Gene of Interest (GOI)
• Freezing of cells 48h after transduction
• Quantification of gene expression by qRT-PCR and/or Western Blot relative to control cells
• Empty vector transduced control cells are included
