  • Transfection/transduction of your cell line with an expression vector
  • Generation of  genetically modified cell pools
  • Control 3D microtissues are included
  • Production of 3D microtissues using the InSphero technology
  • Quantification of target gene or transgene expression by qRT-PCR and/or Western Blot relative to control cells
  • Includes size and culture-medium selection as well as microscopic analysis. Customer receives two 96-well plates of assay-ready microtissues and a report
